The term 'Luxe Homes By Headley' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner and operator of the website whose registered office is 61 Alma Road Enfield Middlesex United Kingdom EN3 4UJ. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.
1. Making a Payment
The website shop has made it so that you can browse our beautiful handmade collection of soft furnishings and accessories and make a purchase with ease. Once payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email to inform you that we have received your order.
We accept secure online payment on all Major Credit and Debit Cards via Stripe and also via Paypal. If by any chance you have made an error in your order and it cannot be corrected within your cart, please do contact us and we will do our best to assist you. By placing an order with us, you are liable to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to cancel any order you place with us. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
3. Bespoke service
For any orders placed for made to order items Luxe Homes by Headley will not offer a refund. Once the order has been delivered you will be unable to return any made to order items due to the product being made exclusively to the customer.
4. Likeness of Product
Although all precautions have been taken to display photographs of a true likeness to all our products, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the products will be displayed in its true manner on each individual screen. This is due to different screen resolutions, browser software among other reasons.
