You are eligible for 'Free Delivery' when you spend over £50.00 with Luxe Homes by Headley. By typing in the code 'LUXEFD50' when instructed at checkout, the full amount of delivery cost will be waived from your total.
Luxe Homes by Headley offers dispatch times of 2-3 Business Days for most orders as all items are handmade. If there is ever a delay you will be contacted immediately to be informed and advised of a lead time. Orders that do not receive the same dispatch times are items that are Made-to-Order or personalised but this will be discussed with the customer prior to placing their order.
Speed of Delivery
Each option has their own delivery time frames in which your order will be delivered.
Using this option, your item(s) will be dispatched within 2- 3 business days. Your order will then be delivered within 2-3 days. The item(s) will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and is a signed for service. The package will need a signature on acceptance.
1st Class Signed For
Using this option your item(s) will be delivered with an aim of the next working day after dispatch time of 2- 3 days.
The item(s) will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and is a signed for service. The package will need a signature on acceptance.
If your order is over £50.00 you will qualify for Free Delivery. Your item(s) will be dispatched within 2- 3 days, and will need a signature on acceptance.
We only deliver within the UK currently but working on delivering to customers Internationally in the near future.

Our refund policy is 14 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. As all our products sold are covered under Consumer Protection 'Distance Selling' Regulation, which gives customers a 'cooling off period of 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the immaculate condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging it arrived in.
Your right to cancel will be dependent on you contacting us via email email@example.com within 7 days, once request to cancel has been received you will have to return the package within 7 days of receiving it. No returns are accepted unless prior agreement has taken place.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting Luxe Homes by Headley via email firstname.lastname@example.org first and waiting for an acceptance of return email.
When sending your email regarding a return, please type 'Return request' in the subject box.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days, depending on who you bank with.

To return your product, you should post your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
