Dispatch Times
Luxe Homes by Headley generally offers dispatch times of 1-3 Business Days, for orders that are ready to dispatch. As all items are handmade, made to order items will each have their own lead times.
Please refer to each items description for up to date lead times.
If there is ever a delay the customer will be contacted immediately to be informed and advised of a lead time. Bespoke Orders will not receive the same dispatch times, as they are Made-to-Order or need to be personalised. The customer will be made aware upon contacting us how long the lead time will be.
Speed of Delivery
Each option has their own delivery time frames in which your order will be delivered.
Standard Shipping
Using this option, your item(s) will be dispatched within 2- 3 business days. Your order will then be delivered within 2-3 days. The item(s) will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and is a signed for service. The package will need a signature on acceptance.
1st Class Signed For
Using this option your item(s) will be delivered with an aim of the next working day after dispatch time of 2- 3 days.
The item(s) will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and is a signed for service. The package will need a signature on acceptance.
PLEASE NOTE
Any custom / made to order items are exempt from this shipping upgrade as the dispatch time may vary.
'Free Delivery'
If your order is over £75.00 you will qualify for Free Delivery.
